Community Property Management is a long-term rental management company that specializes in residential and commercial properties. We are located at the mouth of the Columbia River in beautiful, historic Astoria Oregon and in Portland’s Historic Hollywood District. Our rental properties, which include studio and full sized apartments, duplexes, homes and waterfront commercial space, are located throughout the State of Oregon.
